How the hotel handles information you share when contacting us and technical website data.

1. Controller and scope
The personal data controller is HOTA LLC (TIN 2540295257, KPP 254001001, OGRN 1252500025821), at 1, 1st Morskaya Street, Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai 690090, Russia. For data enquiries, email shoshin.vl@mail.ru or call +7 (994) 989-88-86. This policy covers website visitors, people contacting the hotel, bookers and guests. It does not replace a separate consent where the law requires one.
2. Data we handle
When you visit the website, its technical infrastructure may receive your IP address, request time and URL, and browser and device information. If you call or email us, you may provide your name, contact details, travel dates, guest count and information needed to answer you. The email link opens your own email app: the website does not send the message itself or store the enquiry in its database. Please do not send passport details, payment card information or health data in an ordinary rate enquiry. For website management, we record authorised editors’ details and changes. The website does not use advertising trackers.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to operate and protect the website, respond to enquiries, prepare and perform accommodation contracts, and meet the hotel’s legal obligations. The legal grounds are steps towards a contract at your request, performance of a contract, statutory duties and, where required, separate consent. We limit data to what is needed for each purpose.
4. Processing and disclosure
Depending on the purpose, data may be collected, recorded, stored, corrected, used, shared with authorised hosting or email providers or public authorities where legally required, restricted and deleted. Access is limited to people who need it for their work. We do not sell or publish personal data for advertising. The website uses a secure connection, and access to its management area is restricted to authorised users.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is kept no longer than necessary for its purpose, the accommodation contract and any mandatory retention period under Russian law. Once the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless another lawful ground for retention applies. You may ask the controller about the period applicable to your enquiry.
6. Your rights
You may request information about your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, restrict or erase data where the law allows, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint. Write to shoshin.vl@mail.ru. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity and authority. Withdrawal of consent does not end processing supported by another lawful ground. We respond within the time limits set by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
